About this Event
Reset & Go! We invite you to end your 2025 journey with intention and grace. Join us for a simple, in-person mindfulness session on Wednesday, December 31st, created to offer a quiet space to reflect and gently release limiting thoughts that may have been weighing on you. This is a precious moment to pause, breathe, and intentionally clear the path. We aim to help you feel relaxed, recentered, and restored, and connect you back with the grounding presence of nature as you prepare for New Year 2026. Whether you are new to practice or an experienced meditator, your presence is warmly welcome.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing.
- An open and willing mind.
- Bottle of water. ( Tap water is avilable)
- For the Release Ritual: We kindly ask that you prepare one piece of paper where you have written down the thoughts or problems you wish to release, and seal it within an envelope. This will be part of a meaningful end-of-session ritual.

- Contribution: A humble donation of €12 or more is welcomed, but please do not let this be a barrier to attending.
Please Note: All collected funds will be use for climate action project by childrens in Himalayan Villages of Nepal!
