During this in-person event, our skilled gong master, Ron Pankratz, will create a meditative soundscape using a variety of planetary gongs and other therapeutic instruments. As you lie comfortably on a mat, let the gentle vibrations of the gongs wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of deep relaxation.
Whether you're seeking relief from daily stress, looking to enhance your meditation practice, or simply wanting to unwind, the Reset and Restore Sound Bath is the perfect opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Space is limited, so reserve your spot today for this transformative experience. Please arrive 10 minutes before the meditation starts. Anyone arriving late will not be permitted to attend. Please come dressed comfortably to lie down. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
