Held at Art and Soul Santa Barbara, an open and inspiring gallery space filled with beautiful artwork that nourishes creativity and peace.

Led by Miriam Cislo, who specializes in anxiety prevention and emotional wellness, this experience will gently guide you through releasing stress from your mind, body, and energy.

Through simple, fun, and mindful activities, you’ll learn practical tools you can easily apply throughout the season to stay grounded and balanced.

We’ll close with a beautiful soundbath led by Monica Sanchez to help you set your intentions and leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to embrace the holidays with ease and clarity.
