New Year Reset & Recharge is a restorative and uplifting 90-minute workshop designed to help participants unwind, release stress, and reconnect with their inner light during the busy holiday season.This workshop blends grounding techniques, solar plexus balancing, reflective journaling, and a group Reiki healing session to provide emotional clarity, energetic nourishment, and renewed empowerment.
All practices are beginner-friendly and accessible to adults of all experience levels.
