Join Lisa, public school teacher (NBCT/ACPS 22 years) and Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT (1000 hours), E-RYT 500 to empower yourself in resetting and realigning your choices and intentional actions with clarity and purpose. It takes courage, strength, and clarity to make decisions that are aligned with proper boundaries and to take steps towards what is needed. Healing requires wise action.
As one of my wise Buddhist teachers stated, “If we don’t care for ourselves, we risk cynicism, burnout, and ineffectiveness. Taking care to refill and tend to ourselves is necessary to build resilience and compassion so that we can respond and engage in our work, with our families and our community in a way that serves healing and well-being.” Hugh Bryne
