• Guided Breathwork Meditation — to ground and open.
• Visual Yoga Flow — a blend of vinyasa, yin, and intuitive movement.
• Immersive Sound Bath — curated by Intraset, featuring tracks from RÜFÜS DU SOL, Lane 8, Above & Beyond, and more.
