The rescue certification course is designed to develop the knowledge and necessary skills for an individual to effectively perform diver rescues and assist and administer necessary first aid.

• Prevention and Causes of Diving Accidents
• Diving Lifesaving
• Hyperbaric Injuries & Management
• Accident Management
Upon successful graduation of this course you:
• Are able to conduct rescues for divers in distress.
• Are qualified to enroll in:
• The SDI Master Diver Program.
• The SDI Divemaster Course.
Prerequisites
• Advanced Open Water Diver OR;
• Open Water Diver + 15 Logged Dives
• CPR/First Aid certified (can be included/completed as part of the course)
