We’re proud to announce that CrossFit MNC is teaming up with the Monroe Police Department and the Union County Sheriff’s Office to host “Rescue 22: Freedom WOD 22” — a special event honoring our nation’s heroes and supporting a life-changing cause.On Saturday, November 15, 2025, we’ll unite as a fitness community to raise funds for the Rescue 22 Foundation, whose mission is to provide high-quality, task-trained service dogs to veterans with service-connected disabilities. These service dogs are provided at no cost to the veteran and are specifically trained to meet their unique physical and mental needs.
This workout is open to all fitness levels and includes both individual and partner options. Whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or new to the sport, this is your chance to challenge yourself while giving back to those who’ve sacrificed so much for our freedom.

Location: CrossFit MNC – 2468 Old Charlotte Hwy #7366, Monroe, NC 28110
Check-In: Begins at 8:30 a.m.
First Heat: Starts at 9:00 a.m.
Registration Fee: $22 per person (Debit or Credit Card only, collected on the day of the event)
To participate, please register using the form linked below. Once registered, participants will receive their assigned heat times by email and may check in 30 minutes before their scheduled heat.
Join us as we work out with purpose, side by side with Monroe PD and UCSO, in support of our veterans and the incredible mission of Rescue 22.
