This foundational course is required for all new licensees in Pennsylvania who are licensed between 12/1/23 and 11/30/25.
Following the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission's mandated outline, this class covers:
Licensee duties and ethical responsibilities
Understanding closing costs
Navigating the Agreement of Sale, including addenda and special clauses
Interpreting title reports
Zoning considerations
Agency relationships and representation agreements
Environmental concerns in real estate transactions
This course is approved for 7 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education (RECE002897) and is available for $75.
