About this Event
Sound baths are a beautiful and powerfully immersive therapeutic experience, that don't require anything from you, you don't need to know how to meditate to receive the benefits.
This sound bath will be deeply replenishing, as Kharis cleanses and aligns both the chakras and auric field.
Kharis will begin by guiding you into a meditative state where you will be bathed in purifying vibrations of 432hz crystal sound bowls, a Balinese drum and shakers.
You are advised to wear something comfortable for maximum enjoyment
Participants must be 12+
Who should avoid:
- People using hearing aids (unless they are willing to turn them off)
- Those on Medic*tion for depression or anxiety (seek doctors advice prior)
- People prone to epileptic seizures
- People with Parkinson’s using a DBS
- Those in first trimester of pregnancy

Arrival and settle in 7.00pm - 7.10pm
