Drawing on visual meditation, yin yoga, and mindfulness, I empower you to uncover hidden truths that spark your deepest aspirations. With training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and BPI, plus certifications in reiki, yin, and restorative yoga, I bring a holistic perspective to my sessions. My 15 years of interviewing and coaching Chief People Officers have given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges HR and People leaders face—resolving conflicts, navigating tough conversations, and bearing emotional burdens that often go unseen. I teach both group and private classes in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, offering a supportive space to decompress, refocus, and cultivate resilience.
