Replenish is an event designed specifically for mental health therapists combining polyvagal theory with yoga practices for implementation in therapy and personal practices. Our day will include active and restful yoga practices, lecture on the autonomic nervous system, discussion, breakout sessions, and snacks will be provided. MT licensed mental health practitioners earn 5.5 CEU's.
