Registration:
• Region 16 members receive a $40/pp subsidy for this event. (Your Regional Assessment $ at work!)
• A minimum of 50 registrants is needed to hold the event. Status announcement will be made by May 1st.

• Registration includes Saturday lunch buffet. Registrations are transferrable, but not refundable.

Overnight Accommodations:
• South Village Residence at 32 Commencement Drive, Oshawa, ON L1G 8G3. The residence is adjacent to the
Commencement Lot. There is a short walk from the South Village residence to our classes.
• There are 2 bedrooms per suite with one double bed* in each, a small kitchenette/sitting area and rest room. *Given
these beds are not really large enough for two people, we recommend only 2 people per suite.
• Per night cost: $53.65 CAD per person (based on 2 people in a suite), $107.29 CAD per 2-bedroom suite.
• Saturday morning breakfast in the South Village Dining Hall is included with overnight reservation.

• Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out time is 11 am

Coaching:
• Session with a Regional Faculty Member If your quartet is interested in a free 1-hour coaching session with a Region 16 faculty member (will be held during a Saturday class period assigned by us), please indicate this on the registration form.
Your slot is not officially reserved until all your quartet members are registered. I.e. form and $ for all quartet members must be received to secure your spot, at which point contact Susann McKinley to confirm.
First come, first served basis.
Must have at least 3 of your voice parts present to be eligible. (No duos.)
Quartet level will be matched with appropriate coach. We are unable to accept specific coach requests.
• Demonstration Coaching
There are several demo coaching slots during Debbie’s classes that will be filled by random drawing of interested quartets who are registered by April 30th. Indicate your interest on the registration form.
Must have all 4 quartet members present.
