I’m looking for one or two people to rent my apartment for January and February, as my contract ends on March 1st.
Due to some personal reasons, I need to leave China during this period.
The apartment is located in Nanshan district, only 3 minutes walking from Nanshan Metro Station.
It includes:
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
A large kitchen
A living room
A small area for drying clothes
If anyone is interested, I can rent it for a cheaper price than the original rent, and we can agree on a very good deal.
The apartment will be left in good and clean condition.
