🐣 Rent-A-Chick is Back for Fall 2025!Looking for a hands-on way to teach your kids responsibility—or just want a little more peep in your life this fall? Our Rent-A-Chick program brings baby chicks straight from The FARM 1780 to your home for two unforgettable weeks.
🗓 Key Dates:
Pick-Up: Saturday, September 13 | 9:00–10:30 a.m.
Drop-Off: Sunday, September 28 | 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Note: You get an extra day this year thanks to our Harvest Festival on Sept 27!
💛 Each family receives:
3 adorable 5-day-old chicks
Chick living box + extra bedding
Feeders, waterers, and 2 weeks’ worth of chick feed
Heat lamp
Step-by-step care instructions
A digital certificate for a dozen eggs (when your chicks start laying in spring)
When your two weeks are up, bring everything back to The FARM—we’ll handle the rest.
Cost: $40 per family
A credit card will be kept on file in case chicks or equipment aren’t returned. If needed, a $40 replacement fee will be charged.
