A beautiful retreat day to celebrate the spring equinox!🌿 Nature Connection
The day will begin with a guided meditation walk around the land with Anita, visiting the trees, enjoying all the beautiful first signs of freshly unfurling spring, to encourage peace & grounding.
🌬️ Breathwork
Enjoy a cleansing breathwork session with yoga and breathwork practitioner Meni Farkash. Breathwork helps to detoxify your body & is perfect to activate the new spring energies within your body - of life & renewal.
🌿 Wild Spring Tonics
The plants at this time of year are super potent as they are bursting with new life & spring energy. We'll delve into their cleansing & nutritious properties & wild forage a cleansing spring tea together.
🧘♂️ Sound Meditation
We'll end the day with a soothing sound meditation, with gong & singing bowls. A chance for you to deeply relax & tune into the spring that is awakening within & around you.
