Through this experience with us you will understand the Importance of self-love & you will feel the pure tranquility state you create through these different modalities. First starting with Heartbridge Breathwork where we are grounding with Gaia dropping into the heart center where you will truly begin to feel the connection the breath brings between mind, body & soul as we feel into the energetic presence inside and surrounding us. while being together we will begin to feel this transformational shift within. Then as we are just coming back from this experience we will move our bodies, shake it off, then just before taking off to continue on your own wellness journey at home you will enjoy a Reiki Infused Sound immersion to drift you into a harmonious sound experience where you may anchor your soul & create a new path of healing just before departure. Enjoy the place of renewal you have created within on this beautiful journey. This workshop is all about feeling and into Letting go of all things that no longer serve you like Anxiety, Stress, Aches & pains within the body. Allow the journey to relax the mind into a theta brain wave state (4-8 hz) through the guided journey of Crystal bowls, gongs, Chimes, Didgeridoo & handpan as well as other instruments washing over like a new wave of renewal take this ripple of an ocean with you & drop back in with us whenever you need a refresher or a safe space to just be.
