Over 3 days and 2 nights, we will explore Spa Yoga & Yin, along with various Meditation and Breathing practices to give the entire system a reset. While immersed in nature with like-minded beings, the invitation will be to release the winter and connect to spring intentions.
LOCATION:
This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island, BC). Our practice space at Nectar is in a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled into the trees alongside a babbling creek. The entire experience will fill you with all the grounding and reconnection you seek.
