Group meets: Sept 8, Oct 13, Nov 10, Dec 8, Jan 12, Feb 9, Mar 9, Apr 13, May 11Join me for a unique group that combines introspection, conversation and friendship building. Registration can be found here. We use the text, The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal by Renée Peterson Trudeau to guide our monthly gatherings. This group is offered at no cost, however you're invited to contribute to a caring fund that may be used to support those in their perinatal time frame. This might include direct payment to another birth or postpartum doula to cover the costs of their reduced doula fees, giving to a group, individual or nonprofit that supports those in the perinatal time frame or purchase of goods to be given to a family or donated to a nonprofit to further their mission. A suggested contribution is $90-180 for our 9-session group. To keep this group no-cost, you're invited to bring your own food & drink. We'll be gathering at badknees shop located at 902 W. Kirkwood; we have limited folding chairs and floor ottomans so feel free to bring your own yoga mat, bolster, cushion or blanket. Group is limited to 10 registrants.
