Our Renewal Flow classes involve somatic (body) movements that are gentle, and involve performing movement with full body awareness, focusing more on how you’re feeling rather than meeting a specific fitness goal. It’s a way to connect your emotions to how you’re feeling physically. ??♂️These movements are also far gentler on your body than yoga because somatic movements are performed slowly and are mostly floor based, so you’re not having to hold your body up. ??♂️
