Join us for a deeply restorative and transformative class that blends Meditation, Yin Yoga, YogaNidra, Acupuncture, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to align with the energies of the Pisces New Moon, the last phase of Winter. This workshop will assist in a grounding and balancing of the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for the transition into Spring as we approach the Equinox.
This soulful experience is designed to help you release the old and what no longer serves you, set intentions to creatively manifest the next chapter, surrender to fully trust in the unknown and harmonize oneself with the lunar and seasonal rhythms.
We look forward to sharing these practices, wisdom traditions, and practical applications in community together.With a dedicated passion for the healing arts, modern science, integrative medicine & traditional wisdom practices, Katherine Lee Borse has spent the last 26 years cultivating an integrated life of wellbeing, while studying, practicing & teaching a comprehensive approach to health & healing, lifestyle medicine, as well as daily sacred practices & rituals to support her students, patients, friends & family to become the best versions of themselves. Katherine has been a Licensed Acupuncture Physician & Functional Medicine practitioner for the past 15 years with over 17 years of clinical experience.
Katherine has been practicing yoga since 1999 & was E-RYT certified in Mysore, India in 2006. Her teaching modalities include Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and YogaAsana Flow.
Her meditation is rooted in the Buddhist Vipassana and Vajrayana traditions with a passion for Metta meditation and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
