Zakiya Owens is a Physician Assistant turned certified health coach, who helps women 40+ reset their health, habits, and priorities during midlife. Through education, goal setting, and compassionate coaching, she supports women in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to more energy, balance, and confidence.
