Friday, 21 June: Check-in from 1pm, official program commences at 2.30pm with Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience followed by a Values Light the Way Check-in.
Saturday, 22 June: Morning yoga, deep dive into Rising Strong™ concepts, free time for relaxation, and an empowering meditation session to end your day.
Sunday, 23 June: Morning Yoga, session on how to live BIG, and a celebratory long table lunch at Fino at Seppeltsfield.
