About this Event
Join Darren Obong as he guides you through an expansive journey to help you reclaim aspects of yourself that have been stuck, stagnant, and blocked amidst the chaos of our everyday lives. Through active breathwork we will help clear out our nervous systems to help s hift our mind and body out of a state of Flight or Flight and into a state of deep awareness and relaxation. You will be guided through meditation and energy clearing so that you can drop into the present moment and reconnect with all the aspects of you. We will end our time together with a long restorative Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath.

Darren Obong
Darren is an intuitive guide and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
