As the year winds down we invite you to spend a few days contemplating on the ups and downs and get ready to step into the new year - along with a good dose of yoga rest and wholesome food. We are excited to hold our year end retreat at a venue that is a shining example of a holistic way of life sensitized to “Outer and Inner Ecology” and mindfulness in daily living.
