Spring, Summer and Easter – Renaissance Village events are open to everyone, but people enter at their own risk!Please, keep in mind unforeseen COVID19 exposures, bush camping, environmental hazards (falling trees and branches, snakes and spiders) and circumstances (wet and extremely hot weather), accidents associated with utilizing the play equipment, swimming and canoeing on the lake, water slide and challenge course.
The festival is pet friendly and we allow patrons to be accompanied by their dogs, small and medium size, up to 10 kg in weight in particular.
LARGE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED !!!
The animals must not present danger to the public and be kept on leads at all times. As animals’ behavior cannot be fully foreseen, incidents may occur, so please be mindful while allowing your children to play with dogs.
The organiser, Jiotto Studio Art School, waivers the responsibility for all of those occurrences.
Please make sure you are camping at a place safe from falling trees and branches and your children are safe and supervised by you, when swimming in the lake or exploring bush beyond designated for camping !!!
For the SAFETY and EMERGENCY reasons the CARS NEED to be PARKED next to, and facing the NEAREST ROAD !

There are a few areas at Bell Park where your direct supervision of children is a MUST !!!
The Lake and the Challenge Course area. Children are not allowed there without you.
Chilren are not allowed to leave the Scout Camp grounds. That includes the adjacent golf course (last Summer 24/25 festival saw a multi-thousand dollar damage caused by the children) and the neighouring properties !!!
EARLY BIRD TICKETS available until the 28th of February 2025:
1/. Young Adults (17-20 years old) $110
2/. Concession $150
3/. Full Price $210
4/. Children (5-16 years old) $25 – these tickets can ONLY be purchased by a PARENT or a legal GUARDIAN who will accopany them throughout the festival. No drop offs !!!
1 day/ night full pass $90 or 2 day/night pass $170
1day/night conc . pass $70 or 2 day/night conc. $130
Children – pay on gates … $5 and $10 respectively.
2 day passes available from Trybooking from the 16th of April.
1 day passes not available via Trybooking.
1 day and 2 day passes available from the School at any time.
1. We encourage patrons to purchase their tickets directly from our Art School via e-banking.
