Join us for a revived Renaissance concert program! We'll be performing in the unbeatable acoustics of the Parish Hall of Christ Episcopal. Reception to follow!
Music: Featuring a fully a cappella set with both sacred motets and madrigal hits from the 1600s...and the 90s too.
We'll draw from the beautiful imagery of Monteverdi, verses by Spanish poet Manrique, and favorites by Byrd, Tallis, Passereau, Di Lasso, and Farmer. You'll also get to hear some favorites by modern "madrigal-izer", Nathan Howe. 😀
