π£ REMOVE THE REGIME: FEED THE PEOPLEπ Saturday, Nov 22 β’ 12β2PM
π Arkansas State Capitol
π° While corporations make record profits, thousands in Arkansas are facing food insecurity β and our government is cutting SNAP benefits instead of helping. π½οΈ Hunger is not an accident β itβs a policy choice.
β So weβre showing up.
π’ To protest.
π₯« To feed our community.
π To stand together.
βββββββββββ-
π€ Weβre proud to announce that we are partnering with ARKANSAS COMMUNITY ADVOCATES at our upcoming protest to collect donations on-site that will directly support the community they serve. β€οΈ Arkansas Community Advocates is a judgement-free, grassroots nonprofit based in North Little Rock but operating all over the state. They are dedicated to meeting basic needs like food, resources, and support for unsheltered and low-income Arkansans.
π«Ά By collecting items and contributions at the protest, youβll help fuel ACAβs ongoing outreach efforts β from food distributions to mutual aid operations β and strengthen the very fabric of our community in solidarity. π
π¦ We are asking for the following items:
π₯« Nonperishable food items
πͺ₯ Toothpaste and toothbrushes
π§Ό Soap and shampoo
𧴠Deodorant
β€οΈ Sanitary products
π Hairbrushes or combs
𧣠Blankets and winter clothing
π Thank you for stepping up, showing up, and giving back. π

π OUR DEMANDS:
1οΈβ£ Restore & expand SNAP.
2οΈβ£ Stop criminalizing poverty.
3οΈβ£ Fund community food programs β not police militarization.
4οΈβ£ Hold corporations accountable for price gouging.
5οΈβ£ Invest in long-term food security: housing, healthcare, living wages. π ππ΅
βΈ»
π₯ If youβre angry β channel it.
π If youβre tired β come rest in community.
π If you believe everyone deserves to eat β meet us there.
πͺ§ Bring your signs.
π₯ Bring your people.
βπ₯ Weβll see you in the streets.
π’ More details soon.
βββ
ποΈ We are a peaceful, non-violent movement.
π€ We show up for each other.
π‘οΈ We protect each other.
π We care for each other.
βΈ»
π TPPM is committed to mutual aid, especially supporting Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, LGBTQ+, disabled, veterans, unhoused, and working-class communities who are hit hardest by food injustice.
πͺ We donβt only demand change β we build it together.
