Whether you are painting along during the live demo or refining your technique during your private feedback session, you’ll gain the skills to bring these feathered subjects to life.How the Workshop Works
This series is designed to provide both group instruction and personalized coaching:
🐦 Monday, Feb. 23 Live Demo (3:00 PM – 4:30 PM): Join Marie via a live link for a step-by-step demonstration. You can ask questions in real-time, chat with Marie, or paint along as you watch.
🐦 Independent Practice: Continue to work on your pastel painting throughout the week at your own pace.
🐦 Friday, Feb. 27 One-on-One Feedback: Each student participates in a private, personalized feedback session with Marie to polish their work. You will reserve your specific Friday time slot when you register. Email a photo of your work to Marie prior to your Friday session.
🐦 30-Day Replay: Every registered student receives access to a recorded version of the Monday demo to watch for 30 days.

Supply List
Please have the following materials ready for class:
🐦 Pastels: Assorted colors and hardness.
🐦 Paper: Sanded or unsanded (8x10” or 6x8”).
🐦 Setup: A board (Gator board or foam core), an easel, and masking tape.
🐦 Cleaning: Viva brand paper towels and newspaper or plastic sheeting to catch pastel dust.
🐦 Blending & Fixing: An old stiff paintbrush and a spray bottle with 70% rubbing alcohol (or spray fixative).
🐦 Storage: Glassine paper or an old magazine to protect your finished work.
