About this Event
At times, when new learnings (head or heart) have taken place, it can be tempting to throw out the old knowledge (baby out with the bath water) without being curious. Sure, the old may no longer feel fit for purpose but there may also be threads, remnants, pieces that have served us well, that we can acknowledge, keep, and build into something new and purposeful. The new may have sacred or ordinary elements that may provide warmth, safely, and ongoing courage. The old may need to be recognised, articulated, thanked, and be buried. This workshop helps us to discover what needs to go but more importantly what can be saved and rebuilt and repurposed. Constructing from the new is deeply personal. It can be both embodied and sacred making it an ongoing and fluid process.
