Remembrance Concert by Bradford-on-Avon Choral Society. This concert "Remembrance" acknowledges both the 80th anniversary of the second World War and the 80th birthday of renowned British composer Sir John Rutter. Although perhaps best known for his Christmas carols, Rutter is also celebrated for his sacred choral music which blends traditional and modern elements. His popular "Requiem", with its hauntingly beautiful setting of "The Lord is my shepherd" features as a central work in this concert.
