Join us for an evening dedicated to the rich artistic legacy of the late Iranian musician Mohammad Reza Lotfi—renowned artist, soloist, founder and conductor of orchestras, music teacher, researcher, author, and university professor. Over the past century, he has been one of the most influential masters of traditional music in Iran.Maestro Lotfi resided in the suburbs of Washington, DC, for approximately 14 years beginning in 1988. During this time, he created a remarkable body of work that reflects his diverse artistic vision, complementing his earlier productions from Iran and his later return to his homeland.
This program has been lovingly curated by his students and friends in America, with the hope of providing an enchanting and uplifting experience for all lovers of Iranian classical music. Organized entirely by volunteers, all proceeds will be dedicated to supporting Pars Place.

این برنامه گرامیداشت و یادبودیست از زندگی هنری پر بار استاد فقید موسیقی، محمد رضا لطفی، هنرمند، موسقیدان، تکنواز، موسس و رهبر ارکستر، معلم موسیقی، محقق موسیقی، موالف، استاد دانشگاه و یکی از تاثیر گذارترین استادان موسیقی سنتی ایران در صد سال اخیر
استاد لطفی حدود ۱۴ سال از سال ۱۹۸۸ میلادی در حومه شهر واشنگتن اقامت داشت و آثار نفیسی در این دوره از خود باقی گذاشت که بخشی متفاوت از زندگی و آثار هنری او بشمار میرود اما مکمل تولیدات ارزنده ماقبل و مابعد او میباشد
این برنامه توسط عده ای از شاگردان موسیقی و دوستان وی در امریکا تهیه و تدوین شده است. امیدواریم که مورد قبول دوستداران موسیقی و اهل دل قرار گیرد
برگزاری این برنامه کاملا داوطلبانه است و تمام عواید این برنامه صرف هزینه های پارس پلیس خواهد شد
