About this Event
This event, developed for Book Week Scotland in collaboration with The Living Memory Association, will feature an exciting new story by Niamh McKellar, told through the medium of audio accompanied by some live music performed and created by Connor Bristow. Surrounded by memories and sound, you will be engulfed in a world of storytelling. Any and all are welcome to attend, but be aware that there will be loud sounds, themes of horror, and perhaps some adult language.
After the showcase, Connor will ask for prompts related to memory from the audience and from these prompts will create a short piece of music on the spot. Then to round out the event, we will have an open creative conversation between Connor and Niamh. We will take questions from the audience and our host at the Wee Museum, Heather Robertson, with light refreshments provided at the end of the 30-minute event.
So, if you want to experience a new story, new music and intriguing creative conversations, come along to Remembering.
