Before the Winter sets in each year the Winter Wolfborn Hall in Hahnmark invites its citizens and passing travellers to take food and drink before the long dark, it is a way to check on the wellbeing of the locals, hear rumours of the Empire and tell the stories of the year that has gone. Oaths will be taken, stories told and the bonds of friendship strengthened.All are welcome and Wintermark's hospitality will be shared with any citizen of the Empire in good faith.
This is a player event run by the Winter Wolfborn hall and friends. It will be based in Hahnmark and listed as no threat/peril.
The event is designed for all players and experience, there will also be a few new players who wish to come to Empire next year so they can get a taste. It will be all age groups. (under 18's must be accompanied and notification given to organisers in advance) Player count will likely be capped at 30.
It is £20 a head to cover the hall hire and food along with free soft drinks/tea/coffee. A drink for toasting (red wine/mead served until it is gone) will also be provided. This selection may also go up depending on numbers. Props and extra kit are being provided by the hall.
There is Bring your Own Booze for your own drinking, standard over 18 policy etc if you want anything specific or more than the included glass or two. No alcohol will be on sale.
Food will consist of a hot stew, bread, cheese, fruit and cold cuts (this will grow dependant on numbers and dietary requirements can be met with notice)
Allergies and dietary will be based on tickets sold so please inform us if there are any so we can prepare.
The Venue has a Carpark, Kitchen, Toilets, Changing/storage space,
The Venue allows weapons so part of the day will be the Hall training the local citizens and getting them ready for combat, there may also be other classes IC like potions/magic things for the children and new players as well as player led classes if possible and attendees would like to run anything.
This is a no threat/peril event (no plot for monster attacks etc)
The Hall IC has welcomed guests into their home so would take offence at any weapons drawn in aggression.
There will be stalls for trading, board games, Hall oaths will be sworn, training will be done as well as discussion and other activities around the meal so hopefully it will be a full day of larp for a reasonable price with dinner.

The venue opens at 1:30 for set up, guests are free to arrive from 2 or earlier if needing to get changed etc and time in will be around 2:30. some players may pop in and out through the day as well.
Food will be served around 4/5 but snacks will be on hand throughout. Warm drinks are also served on character entry
Time out will be around 10 giving time for clean up of the Hall to be done
