This Autumn-Winter, we invite you to join our tribal quest for a unique course: Remember. Rewire. Reconnect.
Through our integrated approach - blending multi-disciplinary movement practices, somatic exploration, and the therapeutic lens of occupational therapy — we create a structured weekly rhythm that supports your soul-aligned purpose.
This isn't about collecting more insights; it's about embodying them, in community, with the rhythm and support that transformation requires.
The Weekly & Monthly Rhythms.
We seek to create balance between the fixed and the fluid by integrating the following 3 sessions each week:
🔥 Tues, 10-1100 — Primal Movement, Mobility & Strength with Wayne Paul
🌀 Thurs, 10-1100 — Iyengar-based Yoga, Rhythm & Somatic exploration with Alda Páls
🌿 Sunday Celebrations, 17-1830 — Movement & Community Exchange with Alda & Wayne
