This one day retreat on Lake Tahoe, California is about a 50 minute drive from the airport in Reno, NV.
This retreat offers ways to release inflammation in our bodies, physically, energetically and spiritually through breathwork, cold water plunging, shifting at a cellular level through sound healing, all brought together through sacred rituals. Each different aspect of the retreat will incorporate ritual. When we begin to take our time, beginning with ourselves, we come back to understanding how sacred we truly are. By connecting with our ancestors, we will identify the source of a pattern in our lives to release it and transmute the energies into something more beneficial. You will leave feeling a sense of ease in your being with tools you can continue at home.
