342 men fighting for the Independence of Texas were massacred near Presidio La Bahía on March 27th 1836, and their memory rang through the bayous as a battle cry "Remember La Bahía!" around San Jacinto on April 21 1836 as the Texians charged. How did the Goliad Massacre effect the final moves of the Texian army and the defeat of Santa Anna? April 12th at 11am and 3pm, we will discuss the after effects of the Goliad Massacre and how it led to the final moments of the Texas Revolution.
