Mark your calendars for the REME Museum Extravaganza, in celebration of Armed Forces Day 2025!This fun-filled open day will take place throughout the entire Museum grounds, including the galleries and garden spaces! We ran this event for the first time in 2024, combining the best parts of our previous Armed Forces Day events with a traditional Summer Fete, and we can say it absolutely delivered!
Expect even bigger and better things this year, for an exciting day out for all the family with loads to get involved in! We'll be releasing more details as we get closer to the event but for now you can expect:
Summer Fete style games like hook-a-duck, bean bag toss and more!
Displays, exhibitions and equipment from REME's local units including the School of Army Aeronautical Engineering (SAAE) Lyneham...
Local business stalls
Historic recovery vehicles from the museum's collection
Inflatable games
General entry fees apply for this event. Ticket booking will open on 28 March 2025.
