Releasing Trauma, Activating Joy: From Wounds to Resiliency & Creative Contribution, An Introductory Workshop with Author, Educator & leading innovator in the fields of Yoga, Dance, Dance Therapy, Creativity, Resiliency and Stress Management Francoise Netter.

At this introductory workshop we will explore the 5 prongs of Trauma and how to heal them through accessing 4 keys to Resiliency and transformation. Tools and techniques for positive transformation will be introduced through Movement For The Mind modalities that access the alpha brain wave state for managing stress and healing trauma, suffering, and grief. Francoise E Netter, M.A., is an author, educator, conference presenter and performer, and has been a leading innovator in the fields of Yoga, Dance, Dance Therapy, Creativity, Resiliency and Stress Management for over forty years. She has taught at numerous including Stanford University, Santa Clara University, JFK University, Antioch College, University of Phoenix, University of Colorado, and Naropa University. Françoise has trained teachers, therapists, and medical professionals in her field of expertise.

A local Boulder County resident, she was deeply guided by her transformative spiritual and mystical experiences that began at age 5 to help people of all ages recover and heal through Yoga, Meditation, Dance, and her work “Movement For The Mind”. Françoise has been featured on television, radio, podcasts, You Tube, on several CDs and in magazine and newspaper articles internationally. Her book, Movement For The Mind: Dance That Awakens Inspiration, Wisdom And Healing, offers individuals of all walks of life an opportunity to integrate their creativity physically, mentally and spiritually and apply it practically both professionally and personally.
