Alongside facial reflexology, we will guide you through specific yoga poses designed to release tension and stress trapped in the body. By holding these poses, we’ll help you reconnect with yourself and let go of any stress or tightness.
Meet Your Instructors:
Wanda Perez is a licensed esthetician, owner of MiaBella by Wanda, and a Quantum Facelift Practitioner. A five-time cancer survivor, Wanda is passionate about natural beauty and wellness, and loves educating women on how to care for themselves through safe, holistic methods.
Wanda Vargas is a Quantum Facelift Practitioner, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and 95-hour Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT). Her approach to yoga is both mindful and playful, making it enjoyable for people of all ages.
