This is workshop 1 out of a 4-part workshop series. Each workshop can either be booked individually at a drop-in price of $32, as a 4-series bundle for $111 (save $17 per workshop) or by using a 10-class pack credit.

Workshop 1: Releasing Guilt and Shame
Guilt and shame can keep us stuck, replaying old patterns or judging ourselves harshly. This session offers practical ways to release that weight and begin building a healthier relationship with yourself.
In this workshop, you’ll experience:
- Grounding & Safe Space: Begin with a short grounding exercise and an introduction to create a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment.
- Personal Story & Practical Tools: I will share parts of my own story and introduce simple, effective tools to help you understand and release feelings of guilt and shame.
- Guided Meditation: A calming meditation to help let go of emotional tension and find inner clarity.
- Journaling & Reflection: Time for personal reflection using guided journaling prompts. Sharing is always optional.
- Take-Home Resources: Prompts and meditation links for ongoing practice at home.
About Justyna’s Approach:
All four workshops are grounded in my own journey of healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve learnt what it means to rebuild safety, trust, and connection with myself, slowly — and I bring those lessons into the way I guide others.
My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed practices with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centred on choice and emotional safety.
Each session includes:
- Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation and presence
- Somatic tools to notice and release where emotions live in the body
- Trauma-informed principles so nothing feels forced — sharing is always optional.
- Mindfulness and reflective practices like guided meditation and journaling to deepen insight and self-compassion
I don’t teach from a distance — I share parts of my own story because I know how isolating the healing process can feel. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that you can apply in your daily life.
