Happy Monday Everybody,The Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center is excited to host the first "Release Your Fascia" for horseback riders on Wednesday, October 8th from 5:00-7:00 PM. This unmounted class is taught by a local physical therapist who has been treating equestrians for several years. The class will comprise of a short lecture and various exercise/fitness stations to learn about practical self-assessment tools and improve the integrity of your fascia!
Myofascial decompression (cupping), laser sensory exercises and mobility work are a few of the components of this workshop.
