Join Brittany Cogdeill and special guest and sound expert Auburn Juliano-Hercheck on Friday, June 3rd from 7-8:15PM for their very first Release x Restore Soundbath at Yoga Squared! In this 75-minute workshop experience, you will transition from various yin into restorative poses, and as you immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and various chimes, you will be guided to release stress and tension and restore the body to a more peaceful state.
Seasonal transitions are the perfect time to observe deeply: what's working in my life, and what would I like to release in order to embody what I desire more fully? As the weather becomes warmer and our lives and habits shift, we have the ability to choose what comes next, which requires contemplation and quietude.
