For the release weekend—Smoke on the Water is back with their real wood, pure smoke, live fire bbq. Come taste the difference! They will be here NEXT Saturday 12/21 and will be starting to sell their delicious bbq at 4PM.Their menu will be the following:
SMOKEHOUSE BURGER
2 brisket patties slow smoked, served with red onion, bacon, honey mustard & whomp sauce
TEXAS BRISKET CHILI
Texas 3 meat chili made with our very own “Ravenwolf” Schwarzbier which is a darker German lager, served with cheddar cheese, onion & sour cream
LINZ HERITAGE DRY AGED RIBEYE SANDWICH
12 oz dry aged Ribeye smoked and seared over a live fire, served on Texas Toast with horseradish aioli and carmelized onions
STUFFED BRISKET BAKERS
Smoked Idaho baked potato stuffed with butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and brisket
***For some of their sides they will be smoked green beans and Nueske’s bacon and they will also have bit of sliced brisket!***
