About this Event

Release Through Movement

Join us for Release Through Movement, a fun and uplifting Expressive Dance/Movement Therapy workshop happening in person. This is your chance to let go, express yourself, and connect with your body in a supportive space. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and open mind! Get ready to move, release, and explore. Can't wait to see you there!

All movements can be adapted for physical impairments or disabilities. Personal disclosure is not expected, and self-reflection is welcomed but never required.

This class is designed to be educational and immersive. While it may feel therapeutic, it is not a substitute for therapy. Participants may experience benefits such as stress relief, increased mind–body awareness, and support in navigating daily activities, life transitions, emotions, and overall wellness.

Facilitated by Nathaniel Silveira-Pyzik, LPCC, BC-DMT
