Let the sound wash over you as you drift into deep rest, reset your nervous system, open your heart, and recharge.

A sacred sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down, whilst allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to wash over you. Your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
I will use various instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a beautiful bronze Gong, Frame Drum and many more including my voice.
16:00-17:15 [doors 15:50] Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding, herbal tea and reconnecting before home.
You will leave feeling rested and nurtured.
