Restorative yoga is a form of active relaxation, a practice of being vs. doing where the body is supported by props to allow for complete physical and mental release and renewal.
Designed to counter the demands of daily life & support the nervous system, RELEASE & RESTORE includes a creative interplay of gentle movements to awaken joint mobility, embodiment of subtle core stability, slow breathing, and poses supported by props and held over time to alleviate tension and foster a tranquil mind.
Beginner friendly – All levels welcome!
