Very happy to announce an afternoon of ‘Release & Reset’ on , 21st Sept, 2pm - 4pm at our tranquil & picturesque venue, Loudwater Farm, Rickmansworth in the Chess Valley, 30 mins from London. On the eve of the Autumn Equinox, this special day is dedicated to releasing something that’s weighing you down emotionally, mentally and/or physically. We will also reset, so you can feel prepared, calm & clear with your intentions for the remainder of 2025.
