Join me for a deeply restorative evening where you’ll gently release tension, trauma, and stress from the body through Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), followed by a healing sound bath to soothe your nervous system and bring you into deep calm and integration.
💫 What is TRE?
TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a powerful somatic practice designed to help the body naturally release built-up stress, tension, and trauma. Through a series of simple exercises, you’ll activate your body’s natural neurogenic tremor – a shaking response that allows deep-held muscular tension to unwind, particularly in the psoas (a core muscle that stores stress).

No experience needed – just come with an open mind and a willingness to let go.
