About this Event
This guided experience blends intentional candle making with breathwork and meditation to support emotional release, relaxation, and clarity. You’ll begin by identifying one thing you’re ready to release and carry that intention with you as you create a custom candle. From selecting scents to pouring your candle, each step is designed to be calming, reflective, and uplifting.
While your candle cools, you’ll transition into a guided breathwork and meditation session led by certified wellness coach Ericka Sallee of TruSynergy, LLC. This portion of the experience focuses on helping the body relax, release stored tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.
Release & Reignite is perfect for women who want to start the year feeling lighter, more present, and energized without pressure or overwhelm. No prior candle making or breathwork experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and intentional.
